The Interested Party guarantees the accuracy and veracity of the personal data provided, exonerating PIÑONSOL from any liability in this regard, undertaking to keep them duly updated and to communicate any changes that may occur in them.

The services offered by PIÑONSOL are not aimed at minors, so if the interested party is under 18 years of age, please do not send us your personal information. If we receive personal information from children under the age of 18, it will be deleted as soon as we become aware of it.

In general, personal data will not be communicated to third parties, except in cases where there is a legal obligation or it is necessary for the provision of services or for the maintenance and development of relations, such as, competent Public Administrations, for compliance with applicable regulations, Banks for the management of collections and payments.

Service Providers contracted by the Controller shall have the status of data processor and shall be governed by the same standards and obligations as the Controller.

PIÑONSOL does not carry out international data transfers.

Nor does it subject personal data to automatic decisions that could have legal effects on individuals.

PIÑONSOL can make a classification of its customers, when sending commercial information according to the preferences shown by their orders or requests for information, always with the prior consent of the person concerned

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not the Controller is processing personal data concerning him/her, as well as to withdraw, at any time, any consent he/she may have given for any specific purpose, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of such consent.

Apart from the right of access, the data subject has the right to request rectification, deletion and portability of his/her data, limitation and opposition to their processing, as well as the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of his/her data, when applicable.

Personal data will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship with the user, unless the user authorizes its processing for a longer period. In any case, PIÑONSOL reserves the right to retain user data in cases where this is necessary to comply with the obligations and responsibilities imposed by law or mandatory rules, or when required to do so by order of a competent authority under the law.

PIÑONSOL guarantees that it has implemented technical and organizational security measures, according to the processing it carries out and that guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, availability and recoverability of data in case of incident, preventing unauthorized access by third parties, according to the risk analysis carried out.
